  Seyran Ohanyan: army organization process endlessSeptember 22, 2008 - 15:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - New premises of the Armenian Defense Ministry opened in Yerevan on September 21. President Serzh Sargsyan, Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II, NKR President Bako Sahakyan and other officials attended the ceremony."We open the new premises of the Defense Ministry on solemn Independence Day," RA Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said during the ceremony. "The process of army organization is endless. We are carrying out reforms which will make our army more efficient to rebuff any aggression against Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh," he said. The premises of the Armenian Defense Ministry are situated in the northeast of Yerevan. Construction works started two years ago, on the initiative of then-Minister of Defense, Serzh Sargsyan. The project cost some $42.3 million.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
