Medvedev: we appreciate Armenia's contribution to resolution of a disputable European case

PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia and Dmitry Medvedev of Russia met Saturday in Moscow upon completion of the Gas Crisis Summit, the RA leader's press office told PanARMENIAN.Net



"You arrived in Moscow to help resolution of one of the most disputable cases. We appreciate your constructive contribution, as Russia's strategic partner," Mr. Medvedev said.



The Presidents described the Armenian-Russian relations as promising and developing in line with the strategic partnership.



In discussing energy cooperation, Mr. Sargsyan stressed the importance of lasting collaboration with Gazprom giant. "Armenia has three times increased gas consumption recently," he said.



The Presidents voiced confidence that frequent mutual visits at the highest level allow resolving any problems immediately.
