Trial of Seven continuing without accused in the dockMarch 13, 2009 - 14:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The hearing on Case of Seven was continued today in the regular court of Shengavit community. Predictably, today's hearing will be held without the accused, though not on the account of the ill health of the only accused Grigor Voskerchyan. The accused was removed from the courtroom over disrespect for the court.Voskerchyan remained sitting upon the judge's entrance to the courtroom. When asked by the judge if his ill health prevented him from standing, Voskerchyan replied that he wouldn't have stood up under any circumstances. The other six accused Myasnik Malkhasyan, Sasun Mikaelyan, Hakob Hakobyan, Alexander Arzumanyan, Suren Sirunyan, and Shant Harutyunyan were removed from the courtroom over disrespect for the court for 10 days.
