Organization of Round table Discussions and book publishing are made possible through the assistance of OSCE Yerevan Representation and ODIHR. The event will be attended by RA Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and OSCE Yerevan Representation Head, the Ambassador Sergei Kapinos. Round table organizers aim to prepare ground for discussion of reforms in the sphere of defense and human rights protection in RA Armed Forces.
