IFC to consult CBA on market development and mortgage crediting issuesApril 17, 2009 - 19:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Memorandum of understanding was signed between Central Bank of Armenia and International Finance Corporation, CBA Press Service reported.IFC will provide consulting services on market development and mortgage crediting issues. IFC consultations aim to create a legislative, regulatory and market background to develop mortgage crediting in Armenia. CBA and IFC envisage further development of mortgage market as a step towards improved housing conditions for RA citizens and crediting system development. From Apr. 15-18 IFC senior specialists will share world practice in the sphere of mortgage crediting development. Consulting services are offered within CBA and IFC collaboration framework. IFC is a dynamic international organization, constantly adjusting to the evolving needs of their clients in emerging markets.
