RA Central Election Commission did not satisfy ANC's claim

PanARMENIAN.Net - In an extraordinary session held today, the Central Election Commission (CEC) determined the procedures of allocating air-time to the political parties participating in the elections of the Mayor and Aldermen's Council of Yerevan.

One of ANC representatives proposed that their airtime be re-scheduled to a later hour. However CEC Secretary Abram Bakhchagulyan rejected him, considering the February 16, 2007 decision of Constitutional Court adopted by the Recommendation № Р9610 of the Ministers' Committee.

"Public TV Channel and Public Radio adopt decisions independently, without the intervention of any official body," Bakhchagulyan stressed
