  ARFD won't sign CEC protocol on municipal elections outcomesJune 2, 2009 - 00:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - ARF Dashnaktsutyun supreme body announced it will not sign the CEC protocol on the outcomes of May 31 municipal elections.The party urged the authorities to demonstrate political will and nullify the outcomes of elections in some constituencies.
