Microsoft rapidly lose browsers' market in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - In Armenia, the Firefox browser for the first time ranked first in popularity. As the www.gs.statcounter.com reports in the last month popularity of the Internet Explorer in Armenia reached 35.14 per cent, while Firefox's (the product of Mozilla) - 36.46 per cent. Opera ranks the third in Armeniam it is preferred only by 23.57 per cent of users.



Software giant Microsoft is rapidly losing the world market of browsers. Within just three months the company has lost 11.4 per cent of the market, its share shrunk to 54.4 per cent instead of 65.8 per cent in March.



Market share the latest version of Internet Explorer 8 is only 16.7 per cent. The share of the Firefox was 27.6 per cent, while Safari's share (products of Apple) took 4 per cent, Chrome of Google - 3 per cent.
