Has Matthew Bryza sorted out the U.S. policy?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Completing his work as the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Matthew Bryza commented on the rumors that the Co-Chairs conduct in Azerbaijan and Armenia their state policies, and therefore they are not allowed to go beyond these limits, and maneuver. Мр. Bryza said no mechanism dictated him from afar, what to do.



"А diplomat from the United States has enough room to maneuver. It was very important for the post, I served, because I am responsible not only for our efforts in the Minsk Group, but also for our policy in relation to the South Caucasus, as well as Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, energy issues in Europe," he told an APA reporter.



Mr. Bryza also said, that he has not felt that some mechanism gave him understand what is the U.S. policy, and he has not worked through a limited channel for implementing this policy, because he has been in the midst of the policy. Though partially, he was responsible for that policy.



According to him, the Minsk Group helped both presidents having large advances to complete the structure agreement with a view to attain a lasting peace.
