Internet archive on mass violence against Armenian population of Azerbaijan to be created

PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Prosecutor General's Office plans to create a website to publish materials of criminal cases on mass violence and barbarism against Armenian population of Azerbaijan in 1980s.



The archives are being created jointly with "Xenophobia Prevention Initiative" social organization. Website launch is scheduled in 2-3 months.



Investigation materials are not fully preserved in RA Prosecutor General's Office, as separate cases were sent to Azerbaijan and Russia, where criminals were subjected to punishment, some of them to extreme penalty, RA Prosecutor General's Office reported.
