Armavia's Yerevan-Rome-Yerevan flight will link Armenia with Southern EuropeOctober 1, 2009 - 13:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "Armavia's Yerevan-Rome-Yerevan flight will link Armenia with Southern Europe," Armavia Director General Norayr Belluyan told a news conference during an official ceremony in Rome. "We hope that a number of tourists and businessmen will take Armavia flights to Rome," he noted.In this connection Belluyan informed that Yerevan-Rome-Yerevan flight is operating twice a week. Additional flight is scheduled. The flights will be operated by Airbus jetliners and new CRJ-200 aircrafts. Armavia Air Company LLC is the national air carrier of the Republic of Armenia. The company was founded in 1996. Currently the company is operating about 250 flights to over 30 countries of the world.
