Roaming tariffs in CIS 3-6 times higher than in EuropeOctober 8, 2009 - 14:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - CIS antimonopoly structures have two major objectives - exchange of legislative experience and conduction of joint researches of various markets, Head of Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) Igor Artemyev said. He described the activity of RA State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition as exemplary and said that a complementary legislation should be developed for all CIS member countries.
