PanARMENIAN.Net - With the implementation of labor rights, the principle of exploitation still works in the republic, RA Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan said.

A large number of employers are viewing citizens as a means to gain profit. As result of an inspection, it was found out that public transport drivers are forced to work from 6.30 am to 11.30 am. Some AMD114 million were not paid for overtime work," he said.

He also said that one of public transport organizations functions without a license and only 4 of its 24 drivers possess essential documents.
