Armenia has liberal legislation for business development

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia has liberal legislation for business development, Economy Minister Nerses Yeritsyan told the conference on "Russia-Armenia: Economic Cooperation". According to him, Armenia's foreign economic policy is mainly targeted at attracting foreign investments and liberalizating foreign trade regime. "More essential components in Armenia's investment climate is the business-oriented liberal legislation, as well as the Government policy aimed at eliminating administrative barriers in entrepreneurial activity," said the Minister.



Besides, he added, there is mutual interest on all levels, including President, societies and business communities. "Many of our compatriots successfully represent the Russian business. They may also promote business contacts between our countries," he added.



In the meantime, Yeritsyan said that Armenian and Russian Governments directed their efforts towards enhancing conditions for business activity. "Business communities of the two countries are just required to demonstrate activeness in searching for more profitable ways for cooperation," Nerses Yeritsyan said, summing up his speech.
