"Officials often make statement on Karabakh which conflict with the national strategy," he told a news conference on Monday. Yerevan should react to Ankara's attempts to become a Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, according to him. "Turkey and Azerbaijan blockade Armenia and it's time for Armenia to call for international sanctions against these countries," Karapetyan said.
