Welcoming the guests, Speaker briefed on post-electoral developments in Armenia, as well as the country's measures towards eliminating the consequences of March 1, 2008 tragic developments. Thoroughly discussing the processes following post-electoral developments, parties agreed that the country fixed certain progress in the sphere and stressed the importance of continuing efforts towards stimulating public trust in state structures and creating an atmosphere of public consent.
