Armenia hopes that Kazakhstan will come up with a balanced position on the issue, an Armenian diplomat said."Armenia appreciates the OSCE Minsk Group format as a mechanism to settle the Karabakh conflict. We also hope to strengthen cooperation between Armenia and OSCE under the chairmanship of Kazakhstan," Victor Biyugov, representative of RA MFA European Department said when addressing "Upcoming chairmanship of Kazakhstan in OSCE: opportunities and prospects" seminar.
