Armenia to take part in "Beirut, International Book Capital 2009" festival

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian delegation for the first time participated in the international festival of La Francophonie held in September and October this year in Beirut. Ashot Kocharyan the Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon said at the Dec. 3 meeting with Lebanese Minister of Culture Salim Wardeh.



Musicians, artists, dancers and athletes represented Armenia at the festival. He stressed that Armenia will also participate in the final events of "Beirut - International Book Capital 2009" festival" in April of 2010.
