Action plan to be developed on Armenian-Italian programs implementation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan met Italian Ambassador to Armenia Bruno Scapini today. The meeting focused on expanding Armenia-Italy collaboration in education and science spheres.





Emphasizing the importance of bilateral collaboration, Armen Ashotyan noted that the government managed to preserve financing of principle educational programs. "We hope our partners will assist us in implementing other programs."



Bruno Scapini, for his part, noted that Armenia-Italy collaboration has development perspectives in science and education spheres, as well as in economy.





The parties also discussed the issue of tutoring Italian in two schools of Gyumri and Yerevan. An agreement was reached to develop action plan Armenian-Italian programs' implementation.
