  RA, NKR armed forces can rebuff any attackDecember 12, 2009 - 12:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani Defense Ministry spokesman Eldar Sabiroglu's statement that Armenia lacks human resources to staff the army is untrue, Armenian Defense Ministry said. The Ministry also refuted reports that the Armenian side suffered twice as many losses as the Azerbaijani. "The Azeri Defense Ministry makes conclusions without publishing the list of those killed and wounded," it said.
