Armenia, Italy signed memorandum of cooperation in public administration sphereDecember 18, 2009 - 17:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's Civil Society Council and Italian Civil Service Department signed Friday a memorandum of cooperation. The document is aimed at promoting collaboration between two countries' public administration bodies and implementing reform programs in human resources sphere.The memorandum was signed by Head of RA Civil Service Council Manvel Badalyan and Head of the Civil Service Department of the Italian Ministry of Public Administration Antonio Naddeo.
