Probability of protocols ratification by Turkey decreased but not vanished

PanARMENIAN.Net - The probability of Armenian-Turkish protocols ratification by the Turkish parliament has decreased but not vanished, according to director of Caucasus Institute.



"The time limitation for ratification of Armenian-Turkish protocols remains unchanged. It's expected in March-April 2010," Alexander Iskandaryan said.



"If Turkey doesn't ratify the protocols, it will suffer a serious loss," he said.
