Armenia has to present truth on Baku pogroms to Western world

PanARMENIAN.Net - Tragic events which occurred in Baku 20 years ago are 1915's Armenian Genocide continued, independent politologist Vladimir Zakharov said.

As he told a news conference today, Armenia starts to take a more serious approach to the issue. "Thousands of documentary proofs were collected: eyewitnesses' reminiscences, documents confirming tragic events," he said.

"State policy should be developed in Armenia; materials proving the fact of Baku pogroms published," Vladimir Zakharov emphasized adding that materials should be published in Russian and English languages and made available to the Western world, which is only familiar with Azerbaijan's interpretation of the events.
