Eurovision 2009 Organizing Committee published professional jury estimates.May 20, 2009 - 13:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Eurovision 2009 Organizing Committee has publicized the jury estimates for Eurovision 2009 song contest. The evaluation system including both SMS voting and professional jury estimates was first experimented this year. There were 210 professional musicians (5 representatives from each of the 42 states) included in jury staff. Jury members were required to be professionally involved in musical industry and submit notification on their being independent voters. Alexander Rybak would have become winner hadn't it been for SMS votings, European Broadcasting Union reports. Professionals gave Norwegian singer 312 points.
