PanARMENIAN.Net - The day two of Cannes Film Festival 2011 featured premieres of long-expected films.

The festival has already premiered Kung Fu Panda 2 animated 3D film, a sequel to the 2008 film Kung Fu Panda. In the film, Po (Jack Black), a kung fu master, is fighting to protect the Valley of Peace alongside with Master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman) and the Furious Five (Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Lucy Liu, Seth Rogen and David Cross). The movie is rated PG for Sequences of martial arts action and mild violence by the MPAA.

Anjelina Jolie, who arrived in Cannes to attend the premiere said, “I don't see this as a film that's too violent. Because even in the final battle, it's the inner peace and sending back negative energy what wins against aggression, violence and war weapons.”

The second festival day also saw premiers of Lynn Ramsay's We Need to Talk About Kevin and Julia Leigh's Sleeping Beauty.
