Members of the operative administration of the General headquarters of Armenian armed forces, Colonel Murad Isakhanyan and Lieutenant Colonel Albert Baghdasarian arrived in Baku to participate in the works of the primary conference on planning of military maneuvers ''Cooperative Best Effort-2004'' to be held in September in Azerbaijan within the frames of ''Partnership for Peace'' NATO program. The visit of Armenian soldiers took place despite the demarche of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan that refused issuing of entry visas.
