The working group studying the perspectives of constructing the Kars - Akhalkalaki railway finished their regular conference on Saturday in Baku. The Ministers of Transport of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia will meet in Ankara on April 10. It is expected that they will make a concrete decision about the forms of project implementation. Meanwhile, there are reasons to believe that the project will not be implemented.
