EU Foreign Policy and Security Commissioner spoke for soonest possible completion of technical consultations with South Caucasian countries over the working out of bilateral Action Plans within the European Neighborhood Policy.

The neighborhood policy needs to be reviewed next year, the Lithuanian FM said.
