"If we follow this logic and Kosovo does not become a precedent for Karabakh, it means that no universal precedent exists at all," Matthew Bryza says.

"We shall still witness a spirit of constructive cooperation, although I will not predict that the resolution will be reached this year," the OSCE MG American Co-Chair stated.
