Statements of the Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair states can be attributed to good intentions, but, unfortunately, for the umpteenth time it came out like Chernomyrdin liked to say: “We wanted the best, but it turned out as always”. A careful reading brought out even the worse side of it - discrepancies between the official English text and its Russian variant suggest a deliberate distortion of the text by the Russian source, i.e. the Kremlin press service.
