“Prior to every official visit to Armenia, Georgia closes Upper Lars checkpoint to make it the key topic in talks with the Armenian authorities,” the head of Javakhk expatriates’ community said.

In his statement, French Foreign Minister expressed a wish for establishment of well-defined dialogue between Armenia and Turkey, and settlement of Karabakh conflict in accordance with Madrid principles.
