  Rostelecom entering Armenia October 7, 2010 - 15:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Rostelecom OJSC and GNC Alpha telecommunications operator have signed a service agreement, allowing GNC Alpha to act as exclusive partner to promote Rostelecom’s IP-transit, internet access and channel leasing services in Armenia.
