“Turkey’s position regarding the Karabakh conflict and normalization of relations with Armenia is not just unconstructive, but even destructive,” Armenian Foreign Minister said.
"I asked the government to resign today and I will commission a new government to take over tomorrow," Mubarak said in a national address on Jan. 29, shortly after midnight.
“All statements, resolutions and decisions by international organizations during those three years are concordant with Armenia’s position,” Edward Nalbandian said.
“What’s important is that the ceasefire in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone signed in 1994 has practically been maintained up to the present day,” Armenian Foreign Minister said.
“Armenia and Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group have numerously stated that restoration of the PACE subcommittee on Karabakh will hamper the negotiation process,” RPA secretary said.
