Bartik was on the team that programmed and de-bugged the first general-purpose computer, the ENIAC, or Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer.

In a hurry to make up for lost time and mend the agriculture gaps which suffered bad damages last year, the Armenian government announced the field to be a priority in 2011 and launched various projects to improve the situation.

"The criminal organizations are getting around the measures we introduced because the early warning system works for the results," Gianni Infantino said.
