Libya remains anarchic and awash with weapons nearly two years after a Western-backed uprising toppled Muammar Gaddafi.

The officials say the deployments are restricted to the outskirts of major cities and inside existing military facilities.

North and South Korea remain technically at war after their 1950-53 conflict ended in a truce, not a peace treaty.
