PanARMENIAN.Net - Western experts consider the construction of the second nuclear energy block to be advisable for Armenia in order to supply the republic with electric power till 2015, head of the department of nuclear energy of the Armenian Energy Ministry Aram Gevorgian said. In his words, that was the conclusion of the experts P.A Consulting group, who submitted the report on developing of power engineering to the RA Energy Ministry. The construction of the new energy block is profitable taking into account the rise in prices for oil and gas, A. Gevorgian noted. At that he added that the block was assessed at $1 million, what makes the project very expensive for the Armenian state budget.
