ArmRosgazprom to promote tourism in ArmeniaMarch 17, 2009 - 20:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Body of Directors of "ArmRosgazprom" CJSC has come to a decision to reconstruct the "Adigaz" resort centre, located in the city of Tsaghkadzor and to establish a rehabilitation centre for the employees of the company, as is stated in the official site of "ArmRosgazprom."In connection with this, "ArmRosgazprom" has worked out a program to reconstruct and expand the territory of the resort centre. Within the framework of the program it is planned to invest a sum equivalent to approx. $10mlnUSD and to build a sports and fitness hotel complex never before in Armenia which will correspond to international standards. These investments will contribute to the development of tourism in Armenia. The building and reconstruction project is scheduled for the April of the current year and is due to be over by the end of 2010. ![]() ![]() Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
