Earlier the Committee received an application to discuss possible violations in TV commercial specified. According to SCECP Press Service, the commercial portrays an animated crab, dragging Guymri beer bottle to the first place of the podium. Thus, according to the application, the consumers are given false idea of Armenian beer manufacturers' market rating. Upon TV commercial's examination, SCECP concluded it holds no display of unfair competition and cannot mislead either business entities or society as to Gyumri Beer's activities or the products it offers.
