RA Ministry of Finance against amendments to law on state procurement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan spoke against introduction of amendments to the law on state procurement.

The amendments envisage concessionary terms for local manufacturers in case the price for their products doesn't exceed the price for foreign goods by 15%.
