Armenbrok interested in placing six companies' shares to be privatized through the stock exchangeNovember 23, 2009 - 15:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - There is already a program to realize IPO of six companies, which will be privatized through the NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, Aram Kayfajyan , CEO of "Armenbrok" investment consulting and brokerage company told journalists in Yerevan. According to him, the government of Armenia and other trusts are actively involved in this process. Once the relevant documents are ready for organizing public privatization, "Armenbrok" will consider companies' attractiveness to its customers. "If these companies are attractive to our investors, we will take part in the placement of shares in these companies," he said. ![]() ![]() Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision.
