Conference participant, Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan met with representatives of European Investment Bank (EIB), who displayed interest in North South highway construction project. EIB expressed readiness to discuss co-financing construction of Ashtarak-Guymri highway section trough contributing USD 120 million to the project. In conclusion, Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication offered to consider possible cooperation in railway construction sphere.
