  New member of Supervisory Board of NASDAQ OMX Armenia OJSC appointed July 6, 2010 - 17:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Andrus Alber has become a member of the Supervisory Board of NASDAQ OMX Armenia OJSC and Central Depository of Armenia OJSC. The appropriate decision of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has become effective since July 1, 2010, the press service of NASDAQ OMX Armenia reported. Besides, Johan Fredholm's membership in the Board of Central Depository of Armenia has been terminated, as he assumes another appointment.
