Armenian government simplifies registration procedure for new companies

PanARMENIAN.Net - At September 16 sitting, Armenian government approved bills on amendments envisaging simplification of registration procedure for new companies.

The draft bill stipulates for only 1 state structure to be in charge of registration procedure, working in cooperation with state registry, tax authorities, ministries and other structures.

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan characterized the initiative as one of the most important reforms in 2010.
