SCPEC permission needed for liquidation of major enterprises

PanARMENIAN.Net - The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) has developed a draft bill stipulating that liquidation of major enterprises should be conducted with a relevant permission of the SCPEC.

The bill also envisages toughening of sanctions for unfair competition.
