  SCPEC permission needed for liquidation of major enterprisesSeptember 27, 2010 - 13:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) has developed a draft bill stipulating that liquidation of major enterprises should be conducted with a relevant permission of the SCPEC.
