2.8% drop recorded in consumer confidence index in ArmeniaSeptember 27, 2010 - 14:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to a research conducted among 1,066 organizations in the field of industry, construction and services, as well as in 1,814 households in Armenia, the business activity index grew by 6% in the third quarter as compared with the second quarter of 2010, totaling 65.6%. Besides, 5.8% growth was recorded in the index as compared with the third quarter of 2009, the CBA press service reported. 1.7% drop was recorded in the business environment index in the third quarter as compared with the second quarter of 2010, while the consumer confidence index decreased by 2.8%.
