Cash control machines to be set also in notary’s and lawyer’s officesOctober 14, 2010 - 19:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During the October 14 sitting, the Armenian government approved amendments to the RA Law on Usage of Cash Control Machines. Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan said that new cash control machines (CCM) will be available from 2011 to improve the tax bodies operation. The CCMs will be applied in notary’s and lawyer’s offices, trade facilities. Taking into consideration the business workload, the machines will be introduced in 2013-2015, said Khachatryan. However, the CCMs will not be used in financial and banking field. Gagik Khachatryan noted that in case of CCM absence the first penalty will amount to AMD 150,000, the second one – to AMD 300,000.
