The program is aimed at revelation and retraining of diligent young specialists, who will later have the opportunity to participate in various state and private programs. “GTZ is interested in cooperation with the RA Ministry of Economy to support its efforts aimed developing competition in the country, assisting small and medium businesses and reducing oligarchs’ share in the economy,” Ambassador Schmidt said.
