Vardan Ayvazyan: tax inspections should be cancelled in around 30,000-32,000 enterprises

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the RA National Assembly Committee on Economic Affairs Vardan Ayvazyan said that there are 100,000 enterprises in Armenia, out of which 85,000 submit financial reports.

Besides, 3,000 out of 100,000 existing enterprises secure 80% of tax payments to the RA national budget, Ayvazyan told journalists.

He noted that a package of tax bills is being drafted, under which 30,000-32,000 enterprises will pay fixed taxes, while inspections at them will be excluded.

“One should not focus on 32,000 enterprises, which secure only 1-2% of tax payments and greater attention should be paid to 3,000 enterprises, which have high circulation and pay direct taxes,” said Ayvazyan.
