Armenian government strengthens support to young familiesNovember 11, 2010 - 12:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government has approved the motion envisaging better conditions within Affordable Housing for Young Families program. RA Finance Minister Tigran Davtyan informed that loans at the amount of AMD 1,1 billion have been already refinanced. The government’s backing will be 4% instead of previous 2%. Besides, the prepayment will be 10% instead of previous 30%. “These changes will make mortgage loans more affordable for young families both in Yerevan and provinces of Armenia,” Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan commented.
