INGO Armenia insurance company to increase its authorized capital by AMD 200mlnDecember 8, 2010 - 16:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - INGO Armenia insurance company is going to increase its authorized capital by AMD 200mln to bring it to AMD 950mln. The capitalization will be implemented through direct investments of the company’s shareholders, the company’s press service reported. According to a decision of the Central Bank of Armenia, the norm for capital of insurance companies dealing with mandatory vehicle insurance will be increased from previous AMD 500mln to AMD 1.5bln. As of September 30, 2010, the company’s authorized capital totaled AMD 750.9mln, own capital – 1.6bln, assets – AMD 3.2bln, amount of premiums to insurer – AMD 1.54bln, paid compensations – AMD 335.3bln.
